COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS UPDATED Jan 1, 2022

 ..so we take the current situation very seriously. That's why we sought out extra education and certifications in Effective Bacterial/Virus Cleaning with an emphasis in COVID-19. Every maid is certified and equipped to clean safely. 

• We know how to be safe in your home.
• We know what to use to clean bacteria and viruses.
• We know the science behind bacteria and a virus which gives us the knowledge on how to effectively sanitize.

Our #1 priority is the health of our clients and our maids. Our maids are required to stay home if they aren't feeling well. We are committed to sending healthy maids to your home. 

• Our maids do not come to work if they feel ill or have anyone in their home that is ill.
• We have instructed our maids to wash their hands upon entering and exiting your home, along with many times during.
• Mask Policy:  Our maids will arrive wearing a mask as recommended by the CDC and the US Surgeon General.  This is a physical job, so if you require a mask worn in your home, we request that the maid is able to take it off when alone/safe distance so she can breathe in fresh air.  Please let the office know when booking your appt if there are any special requests.
• Our maids primarily work solo unless the appointment is a large deep clean or training appointment.
• Our maids & clients know to stay the recommended safe distance of 6'.
• Our maids are instituting additional sanitizing measures to disinfect our equipment before entering your home (mop handle, vacuum handle, caddie strap, etc) 
• As always, the cloths and other cleaning tools we use are washed on the sanitation setting before they are used again. 
• We always wear shoe covers or remove shoes at the door to keep those yucky germs out.
• Although we are certified to clean homes with active COVID cases, we choose not to for the safety of our maids as well as our clients. We wait a minimum of 14 days before entering a home with COVID exposure.
